Towels remained wet the following day, and there were issues with a poorly designed shower room. The open floorboards let in an unwelcome parade of critters, making the ground floor less appealing. Noise from guests was disruptive due to the thinness of the floors, coupled with low-quality DIY fittings in the bathroom and kitchen.

Oh, mate, the prawns at The Meatball Company left me buzzing! Top-notch culinary finds around. The shared kitchen was handy for a midnight snack raid, with everything you need for a cheeky breakfast. Jo and Richard were fantastic hosts, making you feel like you're at home.

Cosy room, but the bathroom felt a bit cramped for me.

My stay at Hygge Somerset was delightful. Jo was an exceptionally warm host, ensuring I felt right at home. The room was cozy and clean, and I particularly enjoyed the generous breakfast buffet that included a variety of options to suit everyone’s taste.

this place could’ve been grewt, but i was horrified to discover i had to prepare my own breakfast, how utterly beneath me! and woudl anyone believe the kettle plug was hidden behind the cabinet? i was hoping for a little welcome gift to make up for my troubles, but alas, i guess that’s too much to expect.

Had a lovely time here. Jo was super chill and even let me check in early after I had a meeting canceled. The room was really cozy and had everything I needed. Only thing was that the WiFi wasn't super fast, but I managed. The breakfast options were fab, too!
